Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Massage Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Completed accredited massage therapy program with hands-on training hours.
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques including Swedish and deep tissue.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to stand and perform physical massage work for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in a spa, clinic, or private practice setting is a plus.
