Qualifications

• Completed accredited massage therapy program with hands-on training hours.
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques including Swedish and deep tissue.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to stand and perform physical massage work for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in a spa, clinic, or private practice setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic massage sessions tailored to each client's individual needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and trigger point therapy.
• Conduct client intake assessments and maintain accurate session notes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and adjust techniques as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional treatment environment.
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up care recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive overall client experience.
