Job Details

We are seeking a Professional Liability Attorney with a minimum of 4 to 12 years of experience in handling business litigation, and preferably legal malpractice, accounting malpractice and/or other professional liability matters.

Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on professional liability matters, including malpractice and accounting issues.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including depositions and trials.
• Evaluate and manage professional liability claims, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to support legal strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and legal advice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in laws and regulations related to professional liability.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Professional Liability Attorney or similar role.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
• Proven experience in malpractice, accounting, professional liability, depositions, trials, and claims.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
