ESS in Shiprock, NM is seeking a Professional Learning Specialist to strengthen substitute teacher and paraprofessional performance by delivering impactful training aligned with company standards.
The role is part-time and on-site at assigned schools, with mileage reimbursement for travel. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and significant leadership and instructional coaching experience to support district initiatives and professional development.
