Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey technicians while overseeing boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Conduct detailed research at the town, county, and state levels to ensure project success.
• Review and assess surveys, field notes, maps, aerial imagery, and other materials to identify project constraints.
• Calculate quantities and volumes, ensuring accurate data and effective communication with crew chiefs.
• Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and operations team to provide updates and implement plan revisions.

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually.
