Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the surveying department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
Oversee data collection and survey operations for boundary, topographic, route, and engineering design surveys.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

Ensure all surveying activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct fieldwork as needed, including construction layout and calculations for land and civil engineering projects.
