Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features.
• Prepare detailed maps and legal descriptions of surveyed properties.
• Utilize CAD and GIS software to create and analyze survey data.
• Perform boundary surveys and establish property lines in compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct geodetic surveying using GPS technology for precise location data.
• Assist in site planning and development by providing accurate surveying data.
• Prepare construction layout plans to guide building and infrastructure projects.
• Analyze soil conditions and provide recommendations based on survey findings.
• Maintain and operate field equipment necessary for land surveying tasks.
