As a Survey Project Manager/WV PLS for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll work directly with our Survey Practice Lead and existing office and field teams providing technical oversight, mentoring, and project management. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to expand the group as well as its client base and capabilities. Responsibilities

1. Strategic Visioning/Leadership: Assist in identifying opportunities for practice growth through survey service expansion, support business development and marketing efforts, and implement sales strategies for sustainable growth. Collaborate with other practices within CEC to provide integrated client solutions.
2. Service Improvement: Enhance internal and external service standards of the practice.
3. Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight of projects, including quality assurance and control, promote and monitor procedures to ensure high-quality work, and oversee safety programs.
4. Personnel Development: Mentor and train survey staff for professional growth.
5. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional surveying experience in an office environment, current WV PLS license, knowledge of land surveying principles and practices, survey project management experience, and ability to mentor staff and support practice growth through marketing and networking.
