Job summary

BlueChip Pros is seeking a detail-oriented janitorial technician to perform cleaning in assigned facilities, keeping spaces sanitary, safe and orderly. Duties include high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, floor care and trash removal.

You will follow established cleaning procedures, operate standard equipment, and report any maintenance issues. This role requires reliability, punctuality and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial practices and safety.
• Ability to follow written and oral cleaning instructions.
• Familiarity with common cleaning chemicals and MSDS understanding.

Responsibilities

• Perform high dusting and surface sanitizing around rooms.
• Clean bathrooms with germicidal solutions and refill dispensers.
• Spot clean windows, doors, and walls as needed.
• Vacuum and dust under and behind furniture, and mop floors.
• Empty and sanitize trash cans and replace liners.
• Maintain cleanliness in food court and public areas.
• Inspect area and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow quiet, courteous behavior around customers.
