Job summary

BlueChip Pros is seeking a diligent janitorial worker to perform cleaning in assigned buildings, ensuring a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment. Daily duties include high dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, floor dusting or vacuuming, and exterior grounds care as needed.

You will follow safety guidelines, use appropriate chemicals, operate janitorial equipment, and report any hazards to supervision. The role requires physical stamina and reliability during shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial work practices and safety.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• High dusting surfaces above shoulder height and sanitizing surfaces below shoulder height.
• Bathroom cleaning, trash removal and general floor care including vacuuming.
• Grounds care for exterior areas and maintaining clean public spaces.
• Report any broken or unsafe conditions to supervision and maintain professional appearance.
