Position Overview

Kitchen Tune-Up in Arlington/Mansfield, TX is seeking a professional Sales Representative that works with established Prospects and Customers to select Products and Services to design their Kitchen renovation projects. This position works in-home and remotely with warm Customer leads and referrals.

Responsibilities
  1. Registers prospects and referrals in lead tracking system.
  2. Generate leads by exploring and working network contacts and social media.
  3. Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
  4. Performs general measurements and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.
  5. Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.
  6. Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer.
  7. Prepares 3D room layouts and drawings using Design software.
  8. Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
  9. Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
  10. Monitors Project milestones and collects payments from clients upon step completion.

  1. Participate in quarterly home/trade shows.
  2. Strong negotiating and communication skills.
  3. Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic.
  4. Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients' homes.
