Elite Alternatives is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented housekeeper for a long-term role in a private residence in the United States. You will maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all living areas and guest rooms, manage wardrobe, laundry, and inventory with discretion and professionalism.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with compensation at $35–$45 per hour depending on experience. Potential benefits available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional housekeeping in large private homes.
• Experience in luxury residences (10,000+ sq ft preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Verifiable references and lawful work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed daily housekeeping throughout the home.
• Deep clean and maintain all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
• Laundry, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe organization.
• Change bed linens and maintain guest rooms.
• Organize closets, pantries, storage areas, and household supplies.
• Monitor and replenish household inventory and cleaning supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Help ensure the home is guest-ready and maintained to a high standard.
• Assist with special household projects and seasonal deep cleaning.
• Communicate proactively with the family regarding household needs.
