Job summary

Molly Maid of Greater Jacksonville and Clay County is seeking reliable full-time house cleaners. This role offers a guaranteed minimum of $15.00 per hour after training, with a training pay of $14.00 per hour for the first 5–6 days and potential to earn $17–$24 per hour if you drive a company car and demonstrate leadership.

You will receive a stable schedule, all cleaning supplies, training, company car, and opportunities for advancement. Direct deposit is available.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:45am–5pm, with possible overtime.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive and professional manner.
• Assist team as needed and, when designated, drive the company vehicle and supervise the team.

Our guaranteed minimum is $15.00 per hour paid weekly, after training. Our training pay is $14.00 per hour for the first 5-6 days of training. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car and demonstrate leadership skills, YOU COULD EARN $17 to $24 PER HOUR!

Benefits & Pay

The guaranteed minimum pay for this job is $15 per hour. Your quality of work and your speed as a professional house cleaner will give you an opportunity to improve this rate. Direct deposit is available into a valid checking or savings account.

• Earn paid time off of up to 6 days per year after your first year of service.

If You Become a Team Leader (driving Our Vehicle)

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Manage the Day - You will be responsible for the quality of the work inside the homes and managing your partners.
