Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking dependable individuals to join our house cleaning team. You’ll be trained in our proven cleaning process and provide high-quality service to families who value reliability and care.

This full-time role offers no nights, weekends, or holidays and a compensation plan that allows you to control your income. Earn $16.00–$22.00 per hour, paid weekly, with potential to earn more if you drive a company car.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, daytime hours (7am–4pm).
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.

Benefits & Pay

They pay range for this job is an average of $16.00 to $22.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
