Job summary

Molly Maid in Falls Church, VA is hiring friendly cleaners to join our team. No experience required; we provide training and a clear path to advancement. You’ll learn our proven process and delight customers with a simple, reliable cleaning system.

Full-time position with no nights or weekends. Earn a guaranteed hourly wage between $16 and $23, plus potential weekly bonuses and tips. A company car is provided to eligible team members, with supplies included.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day (7:45am–5:00pm).
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.

• Support team if you’re a team lead for driving schedules and maintaining equipment.

Benefits & Pay

They pay range for this job is $14.50 to $18.50 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

• Earn paid time off up to 10 days per year
• Earn paid sick time off up to 5 days per year

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
