Molly Maid is hiring a House Cleaner / Residential Cleaner / Housekeeping Professional in North Carolina. Start at 7:30 AM and finish by 5:00 PM with no nights or weekends.

All cleaning supplies and a company vehicle are provided, plus paid training, PTO after 90 days, and a yearly bonus. Responsibilities include cleaning residential homes to Molly Maid standards, working as a team for quality and efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Reliable and detail-oriented.
• Ability to start at 7:30 AM and work until jobs are complete (no later than 5 PM).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

No Experience Required!
