Molly Maid is seeking candidates in Dickson, TN for a full-time role with a stable schedule and no nights or weekends. You’ll earn $15–$17 per hour plus tips, with a company car provided while you work. All cleaning supplies, training, and a supportive culture are included.

You’ll clean homes to Molly Maid standards, communicate professionally with clients, and enjoy paid training, health plan options, and family-oriented benefits. No experience is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:45am–5:30pm.
• Must be able to communicate with clients in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and delight customers (tips possible).
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• For team leads: manage schedules and drive safely.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure car is stocked with supplies.

No Experience Required

We’ll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process. You’ll delight customers with our simple system, so they keep coming back.

Schedule

Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income.

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $650.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE!

Team Lead Responsibilities

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job Requirements

• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5:30pm
