Molly Maid is hiring full-time house cleaners in the United States. You will clean homes using the Molly Maid process, delight customers, and enjoy a stable schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. A company car is provided to perform duties, and you can earn more with tips and advancement opportunities.

We supply all tools, training, and uniforms. The role offers a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $25.00 per hour plus tips, paid weekly.

You must report to our office in Kirkwood, Missouri every morning! Once you get here, you use our car while you work! No wear and tear on your vehicle; we provide the insurance; no low mileage reimbursement!

We provide all equipment, all cleaning supplies, the car, and the required insurance — everything you need, you get from us!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $25.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
