Molly Maid in Kirkwood, Missouri is hiring full-time house cleaners. No experience required. You report to the Kirkwood office every morning, receive a company car, and use it on assignments.

All cleaning supplies and insurance are provided. You will follow Molly Maid's proven process to clean homes, interact professionally with customers, and advance within the company. The pay ranges from $16 per hour to $25 per hour, with benefits and a 401k match.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Make them feel like you care about their home, and you’ll win here.
• If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle): Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

You must report to our office in Kirkwood, Missouri every morning! Once you get here, you use our car while you work! No wear and tear on your vehicle; we provide the insurance; no low mileage reimbursement!

We provide all equipment, all cleaning supplies, the car, and the required insurance — everything you need, you get from us!

No Experience Required!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $25.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.
