Job summary

Molly Maid in Missouri is hiring full-time house cleaners. No experience required; we provide training, all cleaning supplies, a company car, and insurance. Report to the Kirkwood office each morning and work across assigned homes.

You will clean customers' homes to Molly Maid standards, communicate professionally with clients, and, if selected as a team lead, manage the team schedule and equipment. Earn a guaranteed minimum wage of $16 per hour, with potential to reach $25 per hour plus tips.

You must report to our office in Kirkwood, Missouri every morning! Once you get here, you use our car while you work! No wear and tear on your vehicle; we provide the insurance; no low mileage reimbursement!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $25.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
