• Clean customers’ homes following our standards – Use the proven cleaning process to deliver quality service.
• Communicate with customers and teammates in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

Team Lead Responsibilities

• Manage schedule and drive the vehicle safely – Lead the team and ensure proper driving standards.
• Maintain equipment and supplies – Keep cleaning equipment in good condition and ensure the car is stocked.
