Job description

Full‑time position with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Compensation plan allows control of income, guaranteed minimum wage of $15.50 per hour with potential to earn up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company car may increase earnings.

Benefits & Pay

Pay range: $15.50 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, quality, and speed.

• Earn up to 10 paid days off per year.
• Earn 1 hour of sick time off for every 30 hours worked.
• Earn 1 hour of vacation time for every 40 hours worked.

Responsibilities

As a house cleaner:

• Clean customers’ homes following Molly Maid standards and the proven process.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

Team Lead Responsibilities (if driving vehicle)

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the company car is stocked with cleaning supplies.
