The pay range for this role is $14.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance. Earn paid time off up to 5 days per year. A valid driver’s license and use of a company car can increase earnings.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow the process and delight every customer. Tips are possible.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Build positive relationships with clients.
• Team lead duties (if applicable):
  • Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the car is stocked with supplies.

Qualifications / Requirements
