This range is provided by Molly Maid USA. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our proven process to ensure customer satisfaction and earn tips.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, demonstrating care for their homes.

Additional duties for Team Leads

• Manage team schedules and ensure safe driving to cleaning sites.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the vehicle is stocked with supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5:30 pm.
• Good communication skills with clients.
