You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks across lobby, hallways, food court and restrooms, using approved chemicals and equipment to maintain high standards. Daily duties include dusting, sanitizing, trash removal, floor care and grounds upkeep, with attention to safety, courtesy to guests, and reporting any maintenance issues to the

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of janitorial methods and equipment.
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals per MSDS.
• Ability to understand instructions and communicate with team.

Responsabilidades

• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitizing and spot cleaning surfaces below shoulder height.
• Deep cleaning bathrooms with germicidal solution in prescribed order.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Dust mop and vacuum floors, dust under furniture and in restrooms.
• Care for grounds and outdoor areas (trash, litter, sidewalks).
• Maintain public common areas: glass, planters, cobwebs, and windows.
• Clean food court tables, remove trash, sanitize surfaces and re-stack chairs.
• Sanitize floors starting from back of room and move toward exits.
• Review work and ensure furniture placement is correct to prevent complaints.
• Provide courteous customer service and report issues to supervisor.
