gpac LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Construction Estimator to join a growing commercial construction organization. This role emphasizes refining estimating processes, adopting new technologies, and supporting preconstruction strategies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating experience with a GC, can interpret drawings and specs, and will collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Finance to deliver accurate, competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, subcontractor pricing, and estimating practices.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive project estimates.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience with estimating software and digital construction tools is highly desirable.
• Project management or preconstruction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial projects.
• Analyze plans, specifications, scopes, drawings, and other bid documents to develop cost estimates.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Business Development, and Finance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners.
• Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Conduct site visits to understand scope, constructability, site conditions, and project requirements.
