Job summary

WSB and Associates is seeking a passionate Geotechnical Engineer to join our collaborative team in Oklahoma City. You will contribute to projects ranging from foundation investigations to transportation infrastructure, performing investigations, analyses and reporting to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, 2–5 years of relevant experience, PE licensure in OK (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months), and a willingness to travel up

• 2–5 years of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied construction environments.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with multi-task prioritization.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Experience managing client relationships and vendor coordination; familiarity with project management, budget tracking.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Oklahoma, or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.

What you will do:

What you will bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (or a related field).
• 2-5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing.
• Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and terrains associated with construction projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A drive for success and a passion for innovative engineering solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Experience managing client relationships and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with project management, including budget creation and maintenance.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Oklahoma, or the ability to obtain it within 612 months.
