Job summary

CARE of Southeastern Michigan is hiring a Professional Development Trainer to support staff training across industries in southeastern Michigan. The role focuses on on-site training and strong public speaking skills to engage adult learners.

The position is part-time (less than 18 hours per week) and requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Training delivery will follow CARE of SEM policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent education/experience in related topic of presentation/training.
• Strong presentation skills to adult learners in a workplace setting.
• Knowledge of Recovery Oriented System of Care and Trauma Informed Services.

Responsibilities

• Effectively present designated professional development training to adults in the workplace.
• Facilitate discussion and activities to increase learning and understanding.
• Ensure assigned paperwork is completed and returned per CARE of SEM policy.

Job Summary

CARE WorkLife Solutions EAP has an immediate opening for a Professional Development Trainer to support the companies in our EAP program. The ideal candidate is proficient in public speaking. The Professional Development Trainer will support the development of staff across industries by providing on-site trainings throughout southeastern Michigan.

Description of responsibilities:

• 1.Effectively present designated professional development training to adults in the workplace.
• 2.Facilitate discussion and activities to increase learning and understanding.
• 4.Ensures assigned paperwork is completed and returned in accordance with CARE of SEM policy and procedures.

Required experience:
