Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is hiring Per Diem Professional Development Specialists and Leadership Coaches for the 2026‑2027 school year, with placements in Miami and other Florida locations. You will support educators by building skills in literacy, math, STEM and blended learning.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in education or related field, have 5 years of PD workshop delivery and coaching experience, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Experience delivering professional development workshops to adult educators.
• Experience coaching teachers and school leaders.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Host dynamic and collaborative planning conferences for educators.
• Coach, train, and mentor teachers individually.
• Craft engaging sample lessons for classroom use.
• Lead interactive PD workshops as needed.
• Research and demonstrate instructional strategies.
• Foster active participation and open discussions.
• Ensure educator development is completed successfully.
• Provide required report documentation and communicate with directors.

Responsibilities

As a Professional Development Specialist with Catapult Learning, you will:

• Host dynamic and collaborative planning conferences that unleash the creative potential of educators.
• Coach, train, and mentor teachers individually/one-on-one.
• Craft creative example lessons that captivate students.
• Lead interactive professional development workshops when needed.
• Research and demonstrate instructional strategies.
• Foster a culture of active participation and vibrant open discussions.
• Ensure all educator development is completed successfully.
• Provide report documentation as required.
• Communicate actively with directors regarding activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What we’ll need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Experience teaching math, literacy, science or other relevant curriculum.
• 5 years of experience delivering professional development workshops to adult educators.
• 5 years of experience coaching teachers and/or school leaders either cognitively, instructionally or within a specific content‑area focus in mind.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience
