Job summary

Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) seeks a Coordinator, Internship Programs to support internship operations, recruitment, onboarding, and experience design. Responsibilities

• Support the recruiting process for internship cohorts (Fall, Spring, Summer).
• Notify candidates of decisions and outline onboarding for each cohort.
• Review and approve bi-weekly timesheets and coordinate progress check-ins.
• Update Airtable with internship data; assist Alumni program recruitment and events.
• Craft content and post for the Internship Alumni LinkedIn page.
