Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 21 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License and a DOT MEC certificate or be willing to obtain one within five days of offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally and work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and complete reports.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a 'meets expectations' rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks.
• Ensure deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and delivered safely to customers.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer questions and complaints.
• Adhere to routes and schedules and comply with transportation laws.
• Prepare reports and documents related to deliveries.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc., and assist with warehouse duties as needed.
