You will deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vans or pickups, ensuring orders are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to customers. Candidates must be at least 21, legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have received at least a “meets expectations” (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisal
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Complete required forms and documents.
• Load, transport and deliver items safely and timely.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints from customers.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules.
• Follow transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries.
• Operate vehicles and related equipment; assist with warehouse tasks.
