Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s C&W Services unit is hiring a Cleaner to perform custodial tasks at our facilities in Florida. You will follow supervision, execute floor care, restroom maintenance, and general cleaning duties to meet established standards.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, trash removal, and reporting any equipment or facility issues. No prior experience required; strong teamwork and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and high energy/ endurance

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas
• Spot clean daily and shampoo rugs as directed
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and high dusting
• Wash windowsills and glass in doors and partitions
• Maintain bathrooms; restock supplies and clean surfaces
• Identify defects (clogged urinals, lights) and report to supervisors
• Collect and dispose of trash daily; replace liners
• Perform periodic tasks like high dusting and leather/wood polishing
