Qualifications

• One (1) year of painting experience or equivalent training.
• Current valid driver's license required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Experience with surface preparation, coatings, and application equipment.
• Familiarity with work management systems and accurate time/material records.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior areas of city-owned buildings, structures, and facilities.
• Prepare surfaces with taping, degreasing, etching, caulking and fillers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and operate lifts, ladders, and spray equipment.
• Maintain clear records of work time and materials used.
• Ensure proper storage to prevent material loss and maintain equipment.
