Happier at Home is hiring a Professional Caregiver to provide non-medical, one-on-one in-home care across the Greater Birmingham area. You will deliver reliable, compassionate support per the client's care plan, ensuring safety and comfort in daily activities.

Qualifications

• 18+ with high school diploma/GED or relevant experience.
• Prior caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or senior care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Birmingham Metro.
• Valid Driver's License and Insurance are a must.
• Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and care notes.
• Ability to assist with mobility and remain active during shifts.
• Clear background screening.
• Dementia or memory care experience is strongly valued.

Responsibilities

Professional Caregiver (Private Duty Home Care)

Greater Birmingham Metro Area, AL – Serving Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Pelham, Alabaster, Hueytown, Gardendale, Fultondale, Trussville, Irondale, Center Point & surrounding communities

Compensation: $14.00–$15.00+/hour based on reliability and shift type

Schedule Options: Consistent part-time and full-time cases available (1–12 hour shifts)

Preferred Availability: Open or weekend shift preferred.
