Responsibilities

• Set up bar in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean bar and equipment.
• Stock liquors, beer, wines, mixes, garnishes and glassware.
• Deliver guest experience following CHARM service model.
• Learn recipes and menu to explain offerings and upsell.
• Prepare and serve drinks following policies and procedures.
• Notify management of incidents involving alcohol consumption.
• Process guest checks and payments per policies.
