The practice defends manufacturers in complex litigation, with a significant focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, mass torts, and multidistrict litigation (MDL) . Its work involves coordinated defense strategies, substantial discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation in state and federal courts.

Practice Highlights

Defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in complex product liability matters

National coordination of mass tort and multidistrict proceedings

Litigation involving medical causation, scientific evidence, and expert testimony

Representation of manufacturers in chemical, automotive, and other product-related disputes

Requirements

Compensation
