West Monroe is seeking an Experienced Consultant to join our Productivity discipline within the Organization, People & Change Practice. We partner with clients to solve complex operational challenges through process optimization, workforce productivity, and operational excellence.

By combining data-driven insights with technology—including AI—we help organizations work smarter and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, operations, or a similar analytical environment.
• Experience improving business processes, operating performance or workforce productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience building quantitative analyses and productivity/capacity/cost models.
• Exposure to AI, automation or advanced analytics applied to business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and identify improvement opportunities across processes, workforce utilization, and performance.
• Gather and analyze data to translate challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Develop business cases quantifying productivity improvements and financial impact.
• Support process redesign efforts to improve throughput, reduce cost, and enhance quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
