West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Productivity discipline within the Organization, People & Change Practice. You will lead workstreams across process optimization, workforce productivity, and AI-enabled delivery to achieve measurable client value.

Your role involves guiding clients through current and future-state designs, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business development while delivering high-impact analyses and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of management consulting experience preferred.
• Experience leading workstreams on process optimization and productivity.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured analyses and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with productivity, ROI analyses, and performance metrics.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and presenting to audiences.
• Exposure to AI, automation, workflow technologies, or advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational assessments and develop client recommendations.
• Drive future-state processes to improve throughput and cost.
• Deliver AI-enabled productivity solutions and translate requirements for technical teams.
• Lead project workstreams, manage risks, and ensure quality.
• Mentor junior consultants and support business development.
• Contribute to Growth of West Monroe’s Productivity discipline.
