Charter Manufacturing is hiring a Productive Maintenance Tech for the 2nd shift (2pm–12am, Mon–Thu) in Shawano, WI. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and basic math skills.

• Flag equipment concerns for supervisors.
• Assist with startup, shutdown, and production tasks as needed.
