Qualifications

• Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.

Responsibilities

• Work in contract areas to ensure that production is completed, including counting, assembling packing, sealing and material handling.
• Set a pace to be maintained by the production line and recognize situations requiring supervisor involvement.
• Initial Class C driving requirements account for ~5% of work time; may require trips to other locations.
• Obtain forklift certification; training and certification provided by Bridgeway.
• Operate other company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct inventories under the direction of the Production Manager.
• Act as a positive role model for consumer trainees and promote relationships with community contractors.
