The Macomb Group, a leading distributor at Wilmington, NC, is hiring a full-time Class B Driver. This role focuses on local deliveries, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate load and delivery records.

Candidates should have a Class B license, be able to drive a manual transmission, and complete DOT requirements. This position offers weekday day shifts with occasional Saturday OT, no nights or Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Class B License required.
• Able to drive manual transmission.
• DOT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries
• Transport materials to and from specified destinations
• Prepares receipts for load pickup
• Maintenance of truck logs and proof of delivery
• Loading and unloading truck materials when needed
• Possible warehouse duties after runs are completed
