Job summary

National Beef Leathers of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking Production Workers for a full-time role on a rotating schedule. Earn $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, with a $2.50 attendance bonus and a $1 per hour night shift differential. Starting pay is $19.45, with increases as you qualify.

The role involves lifting hides (up to 75–100 lbs), feeding and stacking hides, and performing other duties as assigned in a safety-focused on-site environment.

We are currently seeking individuals interested in working in one of our production areas on a rotating schedule.

• $22.00 per hour upon qualification with the perfect attendance bonus Starting pay of $19.45 per hour

3 ½ day Work Week with a 4 week work day rotation

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Production Worker position include but are not limited to

• Heavy lifting and/or handling (up to 75 lbs to 100 lbs) of cow hides
• Hooking and feeding cow hides
• Stacking hides
• Other work as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This position is on-site.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Production Worker position should be

• Able to work in hot and cold environments
• Able to lift up to 75 to 100 lbs
• Repetitive work with hides
• Able to stand/walk on concrete/stairs for duration of shift
• Able to work as part of a group/crew
