Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring Production Workers / Laborers for a busy Wisconsin facility. You will perform assembly and material handling tasks on the production line, adhere to GMPs and safety policies, and help maintain clean, organized work areas.

Shift options include Day, Night, with 12-hour shifts and overtime opportunities. Candidates should be reliable, able to read simple instructions, and commit to safety rules. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write basic correspondence clearly
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to perform calculations using units of measure, weight, volume, and distance
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
• Problem-solving skills in situations with a few standardized variables
• Commitment to following all plant safety rules, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and operating procedures
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and assist on other shifts as needed

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Overtime Available: Monday through Saturday
