ResourceMFG in Union, MO is hiring production workers for a 12-hour rotating shift with two weekends per month. These long-term temp-to-hire roles include weekly pay and benefits, with room for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse setting preferred.
• Able to stand for 12-hour shifts and perform repetitive motions.
• Must follow attendance and punctuality standards.
• Ability to work in hot environment and follow GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate on production line and related machinery.
• Feed raw materials into machines.
• Check product quality during production.
• Pack products for shipment.
• Discard unusable product or plastic in grinding areas.
• Keep a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
