Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting Production Workers for our manufacturing client in Wisconsin. You will join the assembly department, supporting daily operations on 1st and 2nd shifts and contributing to efficient production with a focus on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in complex assembly is preferred.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly work to manufacture products efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Validate materials prior to assembly and review work instructions to ensure accuracy
• Build products according to specifications and within tolerances
• Load and unload products
• Complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Comply with safety, quality, and work rules, including wearing PPE

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization is seeking dedicated Production workers and Assemblers to join their team. You will be an integral part of the assembly department supporting team operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Workers

Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts are available

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly work to manufacture products efficiently while maintaining quality standards

• Validate materials prior to assembly and review work instructions to ensure accuracy

• Build products according to specifications and within tolerances

• Load and unload products

• Complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe work environment

• Comply with all safety, quality, and work rules, including wearing appropriate PPE

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in complex assembly is preferred

• Demonstrated competency in assembly roles (for higher levels)

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand or walk for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
