ARG Industrial is seeking a full-time Production Worker/Warehouse Associate in our Spokane location. We are looking for a self-starter who works well with others in an energetic team environment, has the ability to take charge, and possesses a willingness to learn. The candidate must be organized and possess a strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hoses and assemble work orders
• Manufacture hose assemblies to required specifications
• Handle walk-in customers and process counter orders
• Quality control processing for outgoing work orders
• Functionally verify product performance to the defined test criteria
• Utilize hand and power tools
• Use hose assembly equipment to cut, clean, crimp, cap, and kit hose assemblies
• Communicate material shortages and/or issues to the production supervisor as needed
• Assist in daily inventory counts
• Recognize different fittings and hose types and sizes by sight
• Forklift operation
• Other duties as assigned

Successful candidate will possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random hair follicle drug screenings
• Previous forklift experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including standing, bending, and lifting 50 lbs regularly
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic with a team player attitude
• Timely completion of work assignments
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable adherence to work schedule
