Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Production Worker- Soil. This full-time, hourly role involves sorting linen on a moving conveyor, picking soil linen, and placing it into the correct sling or cart while following SOPs and meeting quality and production standards.

The position requires standing up to 10 hours, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work with a diverse team. Compliance with safety rules and company policies is essential for daily duties and potential

Qualifications

• Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to sort linen.
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, lifting and pulling.

PURPOSE : To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner.

JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the correct sorting of linen that has been placed on a moving conveyor belt in front of them. Picks up soil linen and places it in the corresponding sling/cart. Follows standard operating procedures. Must meet quality and production standards.
