Job summary

Spherion Staffing is seeking energetic Seasonal Production Assistants to support peak-season operations in a fast-paced print and custom product manufacturing environment. Earn extra income with reliable hourly pay and overtime potential during the holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-volume print, graphics, packaging, and product assembly operations.
• Feeds materials into production machinery and prepares products for finishing.
• Inspect finished goods for print quality, alignment, and packaging accuracy before shipment.
• Package, bundle, box, and label finished products according to customer specifications.
• Load and unload staging areas, move raw materials to workstations, and keep assembly lines stocked.
• Maintain a clean, organized work station and strictly adhere to facility safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-volume print, graphics, packaging, and product assembly operations.
• Feeds materials into production machinery, collates documents, and prepares products for finishing.
• Inspect finished goods for print quality, alignment, and packaging accuracy before shipment.
• Package, bundle, box, and label finished products according to customer specifications.
• Load and unload staging areas, move raw materials to workstations, and keep assembly lines stocked.
• Maintain a clean, organized work station and strictly adhere to facility safety standards.

Skills

• Experience: No prior manufacturing experience required-paid training provided!
• Work Ethic: Strong commitment to attendance, punctuality, and working required seasonal overtime starting in November.
• Skills: Good hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-to-10 hour shift, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive manual tasks including lifting up to 30???40 lbs.
• Ability to read order blanks and work instructions
