Under direct supervision, responsibilities include:

• Breaking down, trimming, and slicing sub primals to customer specifications using specialized equipment.
• Recognizing out-of-spec sub primals and reporting deficiencies.
• Utilizing knife skills, maintaining equipment, and sharpening tools as needed.
• Working efficiently in a high-paced environment while maintaining high yields.
• Adhering to all safety, food safety, and manufacturing practices.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment
